Eggplant Explosion! Harvesting Ripe Casper Eggplants

This Casper variety of eggplant has proven to be quite productive despite a slow start. I like to have my eggplant without noticeable seeds, so I like to harvest them no bigger than 4" long to avoid crunchy seeds.
