You Won't Believe What We Found Under The Floorboards!

DIY House Renovation in our rundown 1930s home in Lincolnshire! 🏡 Older Property, Home Maintenance and Pest Control are keeping us busy today! Johnny tackles leaking gutters and roof repairs before a terrible smell leads us to a rather unpleasant discovery — a DEAD RAT under our floorboards! 🐀😱 Getting it out is another story! We’re also fed up with our terrible TalkTalk internet and have decided to switch to Quickline in the hope of finally getting a reliable connection! Then it’s time for some furniture shopping! Jane spots a lovely wardrobe, but will we buy it? We do find a gorgeous black Laura Ashley cabinet that comes home with us! 🛍️ We finish with a trip to B&M for cleaning supplies. Another fun-packed day of DIY, unexpected surprises and laughs with The Cambridges! Thanks for watching! Please like, comment and subscribe to follow our renovation journey! ❤️ Jane & Johnny xx #DIYHouseRenovation #OlderProperty #HomeMaintenance #PestControl #1930sHouseRenovation #TheCambridges #HouseRenovationUK #Quickline #FurnitureShopping #LincolnshireLife ❤️ Welcome to our channel, The Cambridges – Wife’s Too Short! We’re Jane and Johnny Cambridge, and we’ve swapped life in Cambridge for a new adventure in Lincolnshire, where we’ve bought a rundown 1930s house that seems to throw a new DIY problem at us every day! 🏡🔨😂 Follow us as we tackle renovations, unexpected surprises and the never-ending jobs that come with an old house! 🛵 Alongside the DIY chaos, we’re running our business making bespoke Lambretta seats, with plenty of parcels and post office runs. ☕ We love exploring Lincolnshire, reviewing coffee shops, shopping and catching up with friends. 🇪🇸 When we’re not covered in DIY dust, we love travelling, especially to Benidorm, enjoying the sunshine and dancing to Northern Soul! 🎶 It’s real life, DIY disasters, Lambrettas, coffee, friends and plenty of laughs along the way. ❤️ Subscribe and join us on our adventures.
