BBC Open University S103 8.1 Features of Reactions

Peter Taylor presents another fabulous instalment of the BBC's old, haunted Science Foundation Course. The weird thing is, this was the first of a new breed of OU course programme, made all modern and funky, in an effort to attract new customers and get them away from the nostalgic yet somewhat awkward presentations of their earlier years, now looked upon fondly yet with slight embarrassment by those who knew and learned through them. Thus, gone are the kipper ties, but still a flavour of that early awkwardness abides, even in the swinging millenial 1990s. But it was still a turning point, a fulcrum, a pivot if you will, (I should have put this on a physics module) and worthy of preservation. Produced with CyberLink PowerDirector 12
