Disneyland After Dark: Oogie Boogie Bash 2026

🎃👻 OOGIE BOOGIE BASH AFTER DARK AT DISNEY CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE! 👻🎃 Tonight, we’re heading into Disney California Adventure for the Oogie Boogie Bash, Disneyland’s spookiest after-dark Halloween celebration! Join us as we explore the park after sunset, taking in the incredible Halloween decorations, glowing lights, special entertainment, villains, rare character encounters, and all the spooky surprises this special event has to offer. We begin at the Disney California Adventure entrance, where Oogie Boogie welcomes us from above the Halloween-themed entrance gates. From there, we make our way down Buena Vista Street, surrounded by beautiful Halloween lights and decorations, before heading toward Carthay Circle. Along the way, we get a look at the new “Madame Leota’s Swinging Wake” entertainment, bringing a hauntingly fun atmosphere to the night. Our first big character encounter is Oogie Boogie himself, followed by a visit with Yzma before meeting the wonderfully wicked Maleficent. We then have an unforgettable encounter with Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck, and Clarabelle Cow, who are dressed as the Sanderson Sisters from Hocus Pocus! Next, we wander over to Pixar Pier, where we encounter Syndrome from The Incredibles. We also catch glimpses of Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse from Kingdom Hearts, making for some especially unique Halloween moments. The spooky adventure continues into Avengers Campus, where we meet Agatha before stopping to enjoy Ernesto de la Cruz performing a song. We then encounter Judge Doom, followed by a visit with Dr. Doofenshmirtz, and later come across Hades. We return for another look at Madame Leota’s Swinging Wake before continuing our Halloween adventure, where we catch glimpses of Anastasia and Drizella as well as the Evil Queen. From there, we head into Cars Land, where the Halloween spirit continues with Cruz Ramirez, Lightning McQueen, Mater, and Red showing off their festive Halloween outfits. Cars Land is glowing with Halloween atmosphere as we make our way through the neon-lit streets. To finish the night, we enter Villains Grove, one of the most spectacular experiences of Oogie Boogie Bash. We wander through the darkened pathways surrounded by incredible lighting, special effects, music, and spooky Disney villain-inspired scenes. It’s the perfect way to end an unforgettable Halloween night.
