Gym Bans Female Athlete

While training for an upcoming event, professional athlete Erica Mason was not-so-politely asked to leave the gym, then was banned from returning. The owner and operator, Richard Halpern, argues that Erica was hogging all the equipment, was causing a major distraction, and didn't comply with company policy. Now she is suing his business hoping to either resume training at Iron Core or be compensated to go elsewhere. Judge Porter must now decide if this is a simple case of discrimination, or if the plaintiff clearly broke any policy that was outlined in her membership agreement.
