Taste of Fear (Prey + Fight or Flight) (Sonic.exe Re-Imaged) What was originally meant to be a fun hang out turned into a nightmare for our new player. He faces plays the game of the demon and lands into his world,he falls into detective work from what he saw during his own gameplay and saves the lives of those he cares about,the couple however are still in hot water after the entire mess,watching the fate of the blue hedgehog and the hate of the little fox,as they were meant to die a familiar presence saves them and counteracts the demon,but no matter what’s It isn’t willing to give up,and this Round-A-bout cycle continues. The hunt goes on. ———————————————————————————- After a long 8-9 months of work this video is FINALLY complete. From October of last year to September this year This is one of the longest and most time consuming videos I’ve ever done and one of the most anticipated ones I’ve made. I’ve been practicing for this video since 2024,I started pixel art for it back then and tried figuring out how ima do the backgrounds and stuff for prey or animate them,I had to learn the current story and had to tie everything together to make prey and fight or flight work in the same video and match it with my current story. This was meant to come out in May of this year but now it’s September and all I can hope is that the wait was worth it for you all. Weird to think I was a senior when starting this and now a freshman in college when it’s over. A massive MASSIVE thank you to ‪@Starszinark‬ for modding the fight or flight sequence,she was a big reason I was able to cut time of working on this video as I didn’t have to set up every pose for that song,and huge thank you to ‪@Kwiquest.xml4ever‬ for voicing boyfriend AND pico! Reason Gf didn’t talk is due to mid production her Va was replaced due to the original having her own life to do which is understandable,she was still a delight in orgins and yall will adore the new VA in substantial,Thank you to ‪@K4SH1K4G3‬ The official VA for Xeno to give me a few growls do use in video,soon he’ll also have voice lines which is incredible I have the official Va like this is awesome!! and lastly thank you to ‪@DevilishDeedsGuy‬ the owner of starved for approving this video,it was a delight to see them like what im doing and i hope i did starved justice. As of you reading this I’m already working on roundabout,shouldn’t take as long as this video as its a straight to the point song,thank you All so much for being patient with me on this video and I will see yall in roundabout! Thank you so much. Flaws: (Pacing) To an extent I think by the end the pacing was a little too fast,but it’s still something I’m trying to get use to. (Pixel art) My pixel art isn’t perfect,I tried matching the original Sonic cd style to my best ability but again this was my first final product of making pixel art when I had proactive back then,still learning! (Animation) The animations in fight or flight like when tails gets his arm chopped isn’t great and slightly rushed as it was something I did last. And along did that the drawn versions of Sonic eggman and Mecha T-01 don’t look as great during prey,they came out okay tho. (Tail’s Bandages) I work on the songs first in videos so I forgot to add tail’s bandages in fight or flight but the rest of the cutscenes he has them,just a mistake on my part.
