There's a persistent 'bug' on youtube streaming scheduling that often prevents the streaming of simultaneous recitals from two concert-halls at once on a single 'channel'. So this is the seldom-used but ready-when-we-need it place that we stream recitals when that happens. This is also where we do testing to make sure that the hardware and connection is all working properly, so if you've signed up for notifications and get mosly streams of an empty stage, we are sorry!
