Take a step back in time with this authentic recording from the famous Gelderd End at Elland Road, captured during Leeds United v Birmingham City on 24th August 1974. This rare recording gives Leeds fans a chance to experience the sights, sounds and atmosphere of the old Kop during one of the most famous periods in the club's history. There was nothing quite like a packed Gelderd End, with thousands of supporters standing together and getting behind the team. The 1974/75 season began with Leeds as the reigning First Division Champions, following Don Revie's final and hugely successful season at the club. It was also the start of a remarkable campaign that would eventually take Leeds all the way to the European Cup Final in Paris. For supporters who stood on the Gelderd End, this will hopefully bring back some wonderful memories. For younger Leeds fans, it's a chance to see and hear a piece of the club's past and experience something from an Elland Road era that has long since disappeared.
