We FINALLY Own the 24 Acres… Then We Found THIS

After two years of trying to make this property ours, the day finally came—we officially CLOSED on our 24 acres! But before closing day arrives, there's still plenty going on. I pick up a landscape rake for the tractor, replace a flat tire, and head out to check the crab pots while we wait for everything to become official. Then, about halfway through this episode, Larkin Oaks is finally OURS. With the property officially ours, we start getting a much closer look at what we've actually bought.
