Crossing situation: the other to starboard gives way. COLREGs Rule 15

Two power-driven vessels are crossing and the bearing is not changing. That means they will meet at the same point. COLREGs Rule 15: the vessel which has the other on her own starboard side keeps out of the way. She alters course to starboard and passes astern.
