In this tutorial, I'll show you how to sync Jobber invoices to Google Sheets with Byteline, use Claude to create a custom financial dashboard, and keep it updated automatically as your Jobber data changes.
🚀 Start syncing Jobber to Google Sheets with Byteline:
https://www.byteline.io/use-cases/job...
What you'll learn:
✅ Automatically sync Jobber invoices to Google Sheets
✅ Combine Jobber invoice data with your own monthly revenue targets
✅ Use Claude AI to create a financial dashboard
✅ Track total invoiced, outstanding balances, and past-due invoices
✅ Compare monthly invoiced revenue against your targets
✅ Keep the dashboard updated automatically without running Claude again
The best part?
Once Claude creates the dashboard, Byteline keeps your invoice data synchronized. When a new invoice is created or an existing invoice changes in Jobber, your Google Sheets dashboard updates automatically.
You can also use Byteline to sync Jobber clients, jobs, and requests into Google Sheets.

📋 CLAUDE AI PROMPT USED IN THIS VIDEO
Create a simple, clean financial dashboard for a home services business using the data in this Google Sheets spreadsheet.
There are two source tabs:
Invoices — Jobber invoice data automatically synchronized by Byteline.
Targets — Monthly revenue targets entered manually.
Create a new tab named Dashboard.
1. Summary Metrics
Display only these 3 metrics at the top:
Total Invoiced — Sum of invoice amounts across all records.
Outstanding Balance — Total amount customers still owe.
Past Due Balance — Total outstanding balance for invoices whose due dates have passed.
2. Monthly Revenue vs Target Chart
Create ONE grouped bar chart for August, September, and October 2026.
For each month, show two bars side by side:
Invoiced Revenue — Calculate from the Invoices tab using the invoice issue date and total amount.
Revenue Target — Read from the Targets tab.
Use different colors for actual invoiced revenue and target revenue.
Title the chart "Monthly Invoiced Revenue vs Target".
Important Requirements
Do not modify the Invoices or Targets tabs.
Use native Google Sheets formulas, not static calculated values.
Formulas and charts must automatically update whenever Byteline adds or updates invoices.
Changes to revenue targets must also be reflected automatically.
Use dynamic ranges that accommodate new invoice rows.
Use the existing invoice column names and inspect their data types before creating formulas.
Use the actual outstanding balance and due date fields to calculate past-due balances.
Do not confuse invoiced revenue with payments collected.
Do not invent missing invoice fields or values.
Keep the dashboard visually appealing, professional, and minimal.
Do not create additional charts, tables, filters, or widgets beyond what is necessary to support the three metrics and one chart.
Goal: Create a financial dashboard that updates automatically as Jobber invoice data changes, without needing to run Claude again.
