I WALKED 8KM TO EXPLORE THE IBEJU-LEKKI REAL ESTATE AXIS! 🚶🏾‍♀️🏡

I WALKED 8KM THROUGH IBEJU-LEKKI — AND THIS WAS MORE THAN JUST EXERCISE! 🚶🏾‍♀️🏡 Yesterday, I decided to take a walk… but not just any walk. 😂 I walked on foot from Ideal Supermarket in Bogije all the way to Makarios The Luxury Place at Aiyeteju Bus Stop. That’s approximately 8KM on foot! 😱🚶🏾‍♀️ And honestly, I had so much fun doing it. As a real estate consultant, I couldn't walk through this axis without looking at it from a real estate perspective. 😂 While walking, I was observing the roads, communities, developments, construction activities, existing properties and the general transformation happening around the Ibeju-Lekki axis. This is one of the things I love about real estate — sometimes, you need to physically experience an area to appreciate what is happening there. You can read about a location online, see pictures and hear people talk about it, but when you actually move through the area yourself, you begin to notice things differently. You see the developments. You see new buildings coming up. You see roads and infrastructure. You see how communities are expanding. And most importantly, you begin to understand why LOCATION matters so much in real estate. I wasn't on this journey to sell anything. I was simply walking, observing, creating content and enjoying myself. ❤️ But as someone who has spent years studying and working around real estate, I naturally found myself looking at the journey through the eyes of a property professional.
