FINDING STRENGTH IN WEAKNESS—Sunday Sermon October 17, 2026

Discover God's Power in Your Weakness - Pst. Stephen M. Wanjau Have you ever felt too weak, unqualified, broken, or inadequate for what God has called you to do? The good news is that God does not require you to be perfect before He can use you. He can reveal His strength even in your greatest moments of weakness! In this inspiring sermon, “Finding Strength in Weakness,” discover how God works through human limitations to fulfill His divine purposes. Through Scripture and the lives of biblical men, we learn that our weaknesses do not disqualify us from God's promises. 📖 Scriptures: Isaiah 42:1–9 | Matthew 12:15–21 | Psalm 34:8 🌿 Key Lessons from the Sermon: The Branch of a Tree: Even a seemingly fragile branch has life and potential when it remains connected to its source. The Lamp and the Smoking Wick: God does not extinguish a smouldering wick. He restores hope, strengthens the weak, and brings light where darkness seems to prevail. Abraham (Genesis 15): Despite being blessed in many ways, Abraham still lacked a child. His story reminds us that God sees our deepest needs and is able to fulfill His promises. Moses (Exodus 4:10–12): Moses struggled with his ability to speak, but God promised to help him and teach him what to say. Your limitations cannot restrict God's ability to work through you. Gideon: God called Gideon a mighty man of valor while he was hiding in a wine-press, threshing wheat. God saw the warrior Gideon could become, even when Gideon was operating from a place of fear. Here is the truth: God sees beyond your present condition. Where you see weakness, He sees an opportunity to demonstrate His power. Where you see hopelessness, He can restore hope. Where you see limitations, He can reveal His sufficiency. God wants to bless you, strengthen you, and equip you to fulfill His purpose. Do not allow your weakness to become the reason you give up. Bring it to God and trust Him to work through you! 🙏 Watch, be inspired, and let your faith be strengthened.
