What's Your Heart Posture? PT3 | Disciples in the Word

What does the posture of your heart reveal about what you truly treasure? In What’s Your Heart’s Posture?, we examine Matthew 6:19–21 and Isaiah 29:13–16 to confront the idols, competing interests, traditions, and priorities that can quietly take God's rightful place in our hearts. Jesus teaches that where our treasure is, our heart will be also. And through Isaiah, God confronts people who honored Him with their lips while their hearts remained far from Him. This teaching challenges us to look beyond what we say about God and examine what our lives reveal: Is God truly our priority? Is His Kingdom what we treasure? Or have other things captured our hearts while we continue to give Him lip service? 📖 Matthew 6:19–21 📖 Isaiah 29:13–16 🚨 DISCIPLESHIP CHECK: God doesn't simply want our words, traditions, or outward displays of worship.
