Fredo's Flag Contest 3

These are the results of the third edition of the Fredo's Flag Contest. 25 flags were randomly drawn on https://flages.fandom.com/wiki/Flags_... representing (sometimes lost/gone/disappeared) communities, cities, counties, regions, districts, areas from all over the world. 25 people were invited to vote for those flags awarding each a total of 100 points in any way they wanted to.
