Tribute paid to martyr Stanzin Namgyal at Kharu

LBA Kharu block dedicated a stupa in memory of Stanzin Namgyal from Igoo who sacrificed his life during the September 24 violence last year. Members of the Apex body, LBA, villagers and family of the martyr were present.
