Mr. Siddharth Sharma's Fireside Chat | IIMBue Leadership Conclave | Tata Trusts

For 135 years, the Tata Trusts have built a legacy of enabling change across the length and breadth of the country. In a fireside chat following the keynote, Mr. Siddharth Sharma, CEO, Tata Trusts, spoke about how this legacy has shaped decades of work across healthcare, education and rural livelihoods. He reflected on India's shifting philanthropic landscape, from statutory CSR mandates to longer-term voluntary commitments, and on the Trusts' early conviction on climate action, including support for the India Climate Collaborative. He also shared an insight that reaches beyond any single career, when everything else changes, integrity, honesty and work ethic remain the values that carry purpose forward.
