AutoPM: learn the project manager's job by doing it

AutoPM walks you through the project management lifecycle and asks the questions a PM has to answer, in the order a PM has to answer them. Every question says where it comes from in PMI's practice guide, why a PM answers it, what breaks when nobody does, and what a good answer looks like. A coach reads each answer back and says what is thin. In this demo, on a fictional clinic project: the coach flagging a one-line scope description and clearing as a real one is typed, the overview's counts of decisions on evidence against unanswered proposals, the lesson and question pages, a risk grid and schedule timeline over the same record, sprint planning pulling an unrefined card over capacity, a board over its WIP limit, and Claude Code writing to the same record through AutoPM's MCP server, where a decision needs a quote behind it before it counts as one.
