Training a Milking Dexter Cow: Our sweet Fancy shows them all how's it done!

This may only be Fancy's second time in the stanchion, but she's showing the others how it's done! Fancy is our dear, sweet 13yo grand-mama cow. I didn't pull her calf Louisa off her for this video, but we're going to take the opportunity during this training session to demonstrate the milking process from start to finish. Don't missed Baby Louisa's cameo in the intro! Rose (our 5yo still in training) circles around for a look and has a chance to view and hear everything from a slight distance. Milker is a surge milker and pump combo off Ebay. The milk cart and garden stool are an excellent way to make things more comfortable and keep the "milk maid" (me!) going for a long time to come.
