The Fear That Stopped Me From Speaking on Camera – Day 21 | 100 Day English Speaking Challenge. Day 21 of my 100 Day English Speaking Challenge! Today, I’m talking about something I used to be really afraid of: speaking in front of a camera. When I first started making videos, I felt extremely embarrassed. I kept thinking about how I looked, how I sounded, and what other people would think about me. Even recording a simple video felt difficult. Another big fear was being judged by my family and neighbours. I used to wonder, “What will they think? Will they think this is cringe? What will they say if they see me making videos?” But slowly, day by day, I started recording anyway. I’m still not completely comfortable, and I still have a lot to improve, but I’m much more comfortable than I was when I started. I’m learning that sometimes the biggest thing stopping us isn't our ability—it’s the fear of what other people might think. I want to keep improving and eventually show people what I’m actually capable of. This video is part of my 100 Day English Speaking Challenge, where I’m practicing English speaking, communication, storytelling, confidence, and expressing my thoughts every day.
