Brands Hatch 1992 Gordon Streeter

This is me racing my old self built Ford Anglia at Brands Hatch in 1992, I went on to win the championship that year. After Andy Rouse mentioned about a support race for the BTCC, it actually happened the next year and was called The ICS Classic Touring Car Championship. I joined it with a new Anglia and had many wins and fastest laps over several years, and another British Championship. The commentator obviously missed Ronnie Fielding (RIP) who was ahead of the Galaxie the whole of the race. It would have been closer if I had a better qualifiying time and got past the Yank Tank at Paddock bend on the first lap as I could lap faster.
