4498 sir Nigel Gresley in action at the South Downs light railway 01/10/2023

LNER a4 no4498 sir Nigel Gresley was a resident at the South Downs light railway from 2000 to 2003 when it was sold to the Eastleigh lakeside steam railway. Since it’s been away from the South Downs light railway it has been back to the line a few times since 2003. With the 25th anniversary gala coming up for the Sdlr it’s planned for sir Nigel to take part in that gala that is happening in August
