Dungeon Runners by Kieran Larwood | A Father & Son Fantasy Book Review!

This week on RSQ, I've got a special guest joining me… my son! We just finished reading Dungeon Runners by Kieran Larwood together, and he wanted to come on the show to talk about it. We break down Kit and his unlikely team of dungeon runners, including Sandy, a mage who can only make sandcastles, and Thorn, a (mostly) vegan vampire healer. We talk about our favorite moments, the dungeon battles, Beefy Bregg, and how Kit learns to believe in himself and trust his friends. We even get into how this book feels a little like a kid-friendly *Dungeon Crawler Carl*. His verdict? *5 stars.* And he thinks anyone ages 5–10 (and maybe seniors 😂) should read it. This was a really fun book to read together, and an even better conversation to have afterward. *Spoiler warning:* We get into the full story, including the ending! Let us know if you've read *Dungeon Runners*, and drop your favorite fantasy books to read with your kids in the comments! #DungeonRunners #KieranLarwood #FantasyBooks #BookReview #ReadingWithKids #RSQ
