B.EAST, founded by the two comrades Slader and Shano, is bringing the new vibe to the Filipino rap scene. As influenced in the flows of OutKast and Pro Era, Slader and Shano dreamed up the collective - an assemblage of MCs with a smooth yet groovy style focused on chilled beats and clever wordplay rather than disses. Their signature sound blends old school boom-bap with new school flows for a unique atmosphere. With a growing roster of artists including K, Gab, Kyaw Pinkman, Guiller, Tucs, and Budlight, B.EAST is taking over with tight verses preaching unity, and bars with meanings.
