Mountain Gorilla Trekking in Rwanda (Unforgettable)

The second stop of our 2022 African safari took place in Volcanoes National Park, Rwanda. The main objective: trekking with the endangered mountain gorillas. This was a bucket list adventure for us so we decided to trek twice as to visit two different families. Day one was an incredible experience, but day two... day two was something else. The footage here is from the second day where we set out to visit the Agashya family - a name translating to "Special" from the local Kinyarwanda language. The experience was nothing short of special as the difficult trek up the daunting volcano rewarded us with an unforgettable interaction with an engaging family of mountain gorillas.
