You've heard it a hundred times, but most people are living proof they don't actually believe it yet, because they spend all their energy trying to change their life at the level of effect, when their mind is the cause. There are two levels you can live at, cause and effect, and almost everyone is stuck down at the level of effect, pushing their circumstances around and wondering why nothing changes. In this video I break down how your mind actually creates your reality and how to finally use it on purpose. Your mind is the cause and your reality is the effect. Think of a projector and a screen. Your circumstances are the screen, and your mind is the projector, so trying to fix your life by working on your circumstances is like scrubbing at the image on the wall. You don't change the picture by touching the screen, you change the slide. Your 3D is only ever your past creations, the out-picturing of what you've been assuming and what you continually say I AM to. And when you react to the screen and let it dictate your state, you just project more of the same, which is what keeps you stuck as a reactor instead of a conscious creator. I'll walk you through why this all rests on knowing your true nature, that you are not the body, you are consciousness itself, the operant power, the creator and chooser. Then I'll give you the inner work to create consciously, stop treating the 3D as the truth, choose the slide you actually want and claim it, assume it, demand it, dwell in the feeling of it as already real, and persist through the gap while the screen catches up to the new you.
