DBZ Budokai Dreamcast Port WIP 1

Over the last two weeks, I've been working on this side project using Claude and Deepseek, when my Claude usage maxed out for the week. It's still early on and I'm mainly focusing on getting it working well on Flycast first before testing on real hardware. Originally, in gameplay, it was running between 20-30FPS and now it's running at 60 FPS most of the time. Next, I'll be focusing on getting all the gameplay stuff finished and visual artifacts worked out. Most of the PlayStation glyphs and images I'm going to have to manually Photoshop.
