Brownies, Chaos and Everything in between | Ep 1 | theGspot

Does not get more chaotic than this, does it? If you wanna make these brownies, follow this simple recipe!! (It is not my recipe, I saw it on YouTube a few years ago) Ingredients: -200g dark chocolate -1/2 cup unsalted butter -1 cup sugar -1/2 cup brown sugar -3 eggs -1/4 tsp salt -1 tsp vanilla essence -1/2 cup all purpose flour 1/4 cup cocoa powder Method: -Take a bowl, break/chop chocolate into small pieces (easier to melt that way). Add butter to that bowl, and melt until smooth and mixed. use a microwave or a double boiler. -In a separate bowl, break 3 eggs one by one and add both the sugar, Whisk it till blended together. -Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture in the egg and sugar mix and whisk till combined well. -Sift in all the dry ingredients and vanilla and whisk till combined well. -Line a square/ rectangle tin with parchment paper and pour the batter in it.
