Do your English answers end after one sentence, even when you have more to say? In this lesson, we’ll practise finding your next idea while you speak. You’ll hear how a short answer can grow into a natural response by adding a reason, a specific detail, or an example. We’ll also look at what to do when you forget a word or need a moment to think. After watching, choose one question and record your answer twice. On your second try, add one detail that helps the listener understand you better: • What do you enjoy doing at the weekend? • What is one skill you would like to develop? • Do you prefer planning your day or deciding as you go?
