I Forgot to Pray | Gospel Blues Worship – Christian Song for Prayer & Reflection

“I Forgot to Pray” is a Gospel Blues worship song about getting lost in the noise of everyday life, becoming distracted by work, responsibilities and the world around us — and realizing how much we miss our quiet time with God. This soulful Christian worship song is a reminder to slow down, return to prayer, seek God again and make room for His presence in our daily lives. With emotional blues guitar, a warm mature vocal and an intimate Gospel Blues atmosphere, “I Forgot to Pray” was created for prayer, reflection, quiet time with God, peaceful evenings and moments of faith. Sometimes we don't intentionally walk away from God. Life simply becomes louder. Work gets busy. The phone keeps ringing. Responsibilities grow. We say, “I'll pray later”… and another day passes. But God is still there. This song is about recognizing that distance and choosing to come back. “I didn't walk away from You, I just got busy with the world.” May this song encourage you to slow down, pray again, seek God and remember what truly matters.
