I had an itch for a first generation Camaro for some time now and my pal Charlie at OK Speed and Custom in Oklahoma found this one down there on Facebook and told me I needed to buy it. So like any good car guy I took the bait and made the deal happen without seeing the car in person. I drove down to Oklahoma, swapped the rear wheels and then we took it to Abel Racing and had the ECU tuned on their dyno and I hauled it home.
