I didn't mention the stainless dead pedal which was an aftermarket part but highly recommended as it matches the stainless pedals and fits perfectly and works on Golf 7 too The reason ECO mode doesn't suit DPF cars is because by coasting when off the gas, rather than just running on the overrun with the revs tied to gear and road speed, it doesn't allow the exhaust gas to get warm enough to perform a DPF regeneration. It's not an issue on a motorway where a steady throttle is used, more so on A roads and faster urban roads.
