What does a typical family home in Vietnam really look like? In this video, I'll show you around the rented house where I live with my wife and son in Quang Ninh, northern Vietnam. Our rent is 3.5 million Vietnamese dong — about $135 USD per month. We'll also walk around my neighborhood, meet one of my neighbors, look at some of our monthly living costs, and later visit a very different part of the same city where some of the largest and most beautiful homes are located.
