Julio Foolio Murder Suspects Denied Major Motions in Court

The long hearing of four Julio Foolio suspects—Rashad Murphy, Davion Murphy, Isaiah Chance, and Sean Gathright—ended with a judge denying several motions. The judge denied motions that included some Florida statutes, the death penalty, and victim impact evidence. The four suspects are accused of killing rapper Julio Foolie while he was out celebrating his birthday in Tampa, Florida.
