Dye with me: creating soft oranges with apple peels

Hello friends! You know I accept every opportunity to experiment with natural dyes with open arms? Yes, well, while I was baking and applecake I remembered this article about an artist dyeing with red apple peels... So of course I took all my peels and dyed some Kempisch schaap wool with it. To my surprise apple peels are actually a really potent dye, that even after three dyebaths just kept one giving more and more colours.
