GTA LCS OM0 Special Vehicle Guide: H Conversion (Non-Repeatable Mission Pass Method)

Welcome to my Special Vehicle Guide for GTA LCS! This Video will show you how to convert ANY Vehicle Toni can drive into H (Heavy) from "A Volatile Situation" with passing the Mission. Heavy is referring to Vehicle's in which have a greater weight and can smash other Vehicles in traffic around without any effort. Where Things Take Place in the Video: 0:30 - 2:45 - Setting up OM0 by exiting a Police Car and standing on a Rampage and when the Rampage reaches zero seconds remaining, I quickly enter the Police Car as Toni picks up the Rampage a second time and quickly activate Vigilante and then canceling Vigilante so only the Rampage timer remains on screen 2:50 - 3:20 - Driving to JD's to begin "A Volatile Situation" while the Rampage is still running (you can go back to your Garage at this point and fetch the Vehicle you want to convert into H form; in the Video I just convert the Police into H for time sake) 3:25 - 4:35 - Driving to the Casino and killing the two Leone's guarding the Casino and then going into the Yellow Marker on foot with 15 seconds remaining on the Rampage timer 4:40 - 7:05 - Once the Rampage fails and the enemy Sindacco's spawn, I take them out as they arrive to the Casino and when the Patriot arrives, I kill the driver before he plants the bomb and then I lure both passenger Sindacco's back to JD's in the Vehicle I want to convert into H form and begin a second instance of "A Volatile Situation" 7:10 - 8:20 - After the Cutscene ends and I take control of Toni, I quickly enter the Vehicle I want to convert into H form and then drive back to the Casino beating the Yankee that will show up soon and then waiting for the Yankee to make a complete stop before quickly driving my Vehicle I want to convert into H form into the Yellow Marker and skipping the Cutscene 8:25 - 8:50 - Driving my converted H Police back to the Garage to store it while the first instance of "A Volatile Situation" is passed 8:55 - 12:00 - After my H Police is stored, I take out some more enemy Sindacco's until the Yankee part of the Mission and when the Yankee arrives to the Casino, it will blow up and fail the Mission for the second instance 12:25 - 13:55 - After saving the game, reloading the Save and checking on the H Police to show it off as well as proving the H Property ***The Method I show in the Video will work for EVERY Platform and Version out there for GTA LCS. The H Conversion (repeatable or not) does NOT delete other Properties to your Special Vehicles in the process. You can use the REPEATABLE Method at first and then on your FINAL Vehicle converted, you can PASS the Mission to avoid another Mission Attempt recorded in the Stats.
