Trimui Brick & Brick Hammer -TortOS cfw Setup and Gameplay

Hello Gamers, Back with another episode of Beyond the Emulator! In this episode, I’ll be sharing my first boot, setup, and gameplay impressions using a new fast and focused firmware called TortOS for the TrimUI Brick and Brick Hammer. Why TortOS? Here are a few key features: Instant Play: Games start the moment you press A. The emulator is already running before you make a selection, so there’s zero loading time—even when switching between consoles. Seamless Save & Resume: Pick up exactly where you left off. Quit through the menu or simply press the power button; your game saves on exit and resumes automatically next time. All-on-Device Management: Everything happens directly on the handheld. Connect to Wi-Fi, fetch box art, sign into RetroAchievements, pair Bluetooth headphones, and transfer games from your phone—all from your Brick. You only need a computer once to flash the SD card. Non-Destructive: Your Brick stays yours. TortOS runs entirely off the SD card, so removing the card lets the Brick boot right back into its stock OS. Bonus Feature — Muse Music Player: Browse your albums on a visual shelf of cover art. Pressing SELECT opens Muse from anywhere—even inside the in-game menu—and your music continues playing after you exit. While music plays, game audio is automatically muted.
