This Bhindi Masala / ladies finger curry / Alu Bhendi Kasa goes great with Roti, Paratha or with Rice too. So, enjoy this delicious Curry in your lunch or for Dinner :) Ingredients : 1. Ladies Finger / Okra ( Bhindi / Bhendi ) - 12 - 13 pcs 2. Raw Potato ( Kancha Alu ) - 3 medium 3. Tomato - 2 ( medium ) 4. Onion ( Piaja ) - 2 ( medium ) 5. Garlic ( Rasuna ) - 8-10 cloves 6. Ginger ( Ada ) - 2 inch 7. Green Chilli ( Kancha Lanka ) - 2 nos. 8. Fresh Coriander leaves ( Dhania Patra ) 9. Dry Fenugreek leaves ( Kasuri Methi ) - 1/2 tbsp 10. Turmeric powder ( Haladi gunda ) - 1/2 tbsp 11. Kashmiri Red chilli powder ( lanka gunda ) - 1/2 tbsp 12. Roasted ( cumin seeds + coriander seeds + fenel seeds + black Peppercorn + Dry red chilli ) - 1/2 tbsp or take roasted cumin powder only 13. Garam masala - 1/4 tbsp 14. Salt to taste 15.
