My address in Okie City But the highway here’s my home We got a baby girl named Lil’ And my firstborn is John Yes, I’m proud to be livin’ In the U.S. of A Where the kids can walk to school And I can put some bread away I’m just a good ol’ boy Proud to pay them Teamster dues Got them big rig blues I got them big rig blues (Yes) Now, the savior worked with wood He made his money with his hands And my daddy sold appliances To good honest men And some people like to bake Some people like to teach And, listen, all of that alright But, honey, none of it's for me So when anybody asks Lord, I shoot ‘em straight and smooth… Chorus I got them big rig blues I got them big rig blues We're talkin’ 18 wheels We're talkin’ cowboy boots I got that pedal to the metal Hula dancer on the dash, yah I’ve landed in the garden state It’s great to be on back Now the mornin’ sun’s a-risin’ Shinin’ on the dew We're talkin’ big rig blues I got them big rig blues I got them big rig, big rig… Blues #AlexanderWren #BigRigBlues #CountryMusic #AltCountry #Americana #OutlawCountry
