Hello everyone and welcome back to another Budget Builds Episode where today we're taking a look at something that is best described as a legend...Once the most powerful graphics card...In the World. Now something that is either a collectors oddity, or in the case of myself, actually a bit of a bargain. So join me as we put the once top of the line AMD HD7990 through its paces, and find out if this thing aged into a flop...or stayed as the legend it once was...That's if we can get it working first.
