This is a full re-edit of an older 12 minute video that has been recreated for the Wasteland Architects Challenge set up by Knight Plays in Jabber's discord. This is a link to the playlist with all the other entrants videos    • Wasteland Architects Challenge   Go watch, like, sub and comment on each video. Include the word Yee-Haw in your comment and you will be entered into a prize draw for game keys donated by Knight Plays. Thank you I have slowed down a lot of the footage from the original build video of mine so as to add descriptive commentary here and there (excuse any stutter where I had to almost pause the vid to fit a bit of commentary in, I think it was only one occasion). I have also inserted many screenshots and some footage (previously unseen) throughout this production to highlight various build processes and point out things ofst. Although I forgot to mention the roof of the ranch house had to hand placed since there is no half pieces that could be used where mine has the inverted corner, in the WIP part you can see a couple of very thin white lines 🤪 There's one feature in the Forge I forgot to mention too, at the top of the furnace fireplace just under the mantle is a iron damper with a length of conduit running horizontally through with a curved piece at the left side to look like it operates the damper. Very important when smelting to use the damper to get the heat just right_. Did you spot it ? 🫣 What about the horseshoe Tom is hammering on top of his anvil 😎 intere This build used many mods to create, including some personal ports. It was built at Sunshine Tidings Co-Op although you won't recognise the area as I have cleared it completely and used the CK (Creation Kit) to remove land marks such as the silo tanks outside of the build area and adjust the terrain to become a little flatter. This was so as when back in-game (once I had built up the surrounding terrain with rocks, boulders and forestry) none of the Fallout universe would be visible from the ranch. This was essential to be able to have an authentic Wild West late 17 early 18 hundreds era western theme. In that vein I have used only candles, lanterns and oil lamp lighting. Some extra glow and shadows were created with light effects from a mod. Although it is a modded build there has been a heck of a lot of adapting and artistic creation structurally and using many parts not for the intended purpose but to create new unique and authentic decoration and structure of the period. I hope you enjoy. 😎 Thank You for watching and if you read this. 👏 Background Track: Tumbleweed Texas by Chris Haugen (free to use)    • Tumbleweed Texas by Chris Haugen. An hour ...   #fallout4 #fallout4settlementbuilding #fallout #fallout4pc #fo4 #settlementbuilding
