As our Mother Bank sets the promotion process in motion, it is once again time for our aspiring Canarites to step forward with confidence and conviction. For CBOA, empowering our members has always gone beyond protecting their interests. We firmly believe that empowerment becomes complete when we are equipped with the knowledge, competence and confidence to grow a s professionals and emerge a s leaders. With this conviction, we are commencing our CBOA Promotion Training Programme 2026-27 from 13.09.2026. The purpose of these sessions is not merely to prepare you for a written test or an interview. It is to revisit what we know, understand what has changed, sharpen our professional judgement and become better prepared for the responsibilities awaiting us tomorrow. Every concept learnt today should become a strength that stands by you in your career ahead. We are indeed privileged to have with us our esteemed faculties Shri J. P. Saokar (retd DGM), Shri L. Jagennath (retd AGM), Shri B. V. Ravikumar (DM), Shri S. Sreekuttan (DM), Smt. Divya Divakar (DM) and Shri Kunal Lakhani (SM) who have graciously come forward to share their knowledge, experience and expertise with our aspirants. The detailed schedule is a n n e x e d herewith. Shri O S Anantha Krishnan, DGS from Chennai will be co-ordinating the coaching classes and Shri P Thimma Reddy, JGS from Gulbarga will be conducting Online Test.
