Sea Fishing Disaster… Then a 10LB Common Carp Saves the Session! 🎣 | Sea to River

With high tide just after noon and low tide in the morning, I decided to have a go at pumping some fresh lugworm for a sea fishing session. I only managed to get around 10 worms, but luckily I had also picked up some fresh ragworm from the tackle shop the day before. With the wind picking up and rain being driven across the beach, the conditions were absolutely horrible! Kev wisely decided to sit this one out — and looking back, I think he made the right choice! The sea session certainly wasn't very productive, and the conditions made things even tougher. But I wasn't ready to admit defeat just yet… The following day, I headed up the river for an hour, hoping to finally beat the blank. This time, things went much better, and I was rewarded with a beautiful 10lb common carp! 🎣 So join me on this fishing adventure as I go from sea to river, battling awful weather and tough conditions in an attempt to beat the blank!
