Isaias has been downgraded from a hurricane to a post-tropical cyclone, but the danger hasn't ended, it's moved. A rare Level 4 flash flood threat has been issued for parts of Florida and Georgia, nearly 800,000 customers are without power across the Southeast, and the heaviest remaining rain threat is now shifting into the Appalachian foothills, western North Carolina, and the Carolina coast. Atlanta, Charlotte, and Charleston are among the cities forecasters say need to stay weather aware today. Here's exactly where the threat stands now and what to do if you're in its path. This video reflects Saturday morning advisories from the National Hurricane Center and National Weather Service. Conditions are changing by county as this system moves through the Southeast. For the latest official warnings, go directly to the National Hurricane Center at nhc.noaa.gov and your local National Weather Service office.
