The Guelph Student Rental Calendar Makes No Sense (Until Now)

BOOK A CALL WITH ME: https://call.movingtoguelph.ca Thinking about buying a student rental in Guelph, or buying a place for your son or daughter at the University of Guelph? The biggest mistake I see is starting too late. Most Guelph student rentals run May 1 to April 30, and the tenants for that term get signed in December and January, so the time to get your financing ready is this fall. In this video I explain why a May 1 lease start makes sense when school starts in September (tradition and scarcity), why so many parents and investors miss the window, how to get your financing in order so you're ready by January 1 or sooner, and the playbook I use to get a property leased before my client even closes on it.
