How to Replace Leather Wrap Steering Wheel on Lexus IS250 IS350 IS-F

We replace or wrap the steering wheel leather on a 2006 - 2013 Lexus 2IS (Is250, IS350, ISF). This wrap goes over the existing steering wheel leather and increases the girth of the wheel. I used an Ali Express leather that wasn't great fitting but I'd recommend some of the other brands I've used.
