OM1 - Swallows in Flight using the 150- 400mm F4.5

A video where I show how to photograph Swallows in flight using the OM1 and the 150-400mm F4.5 lens. I am photographing at a location on the Suffolk coast, and trying to get good action/flight shots using Pro Capture SH2. In the second half of the video I show how I obtain shots of Swallows and other birds bathing in a `constructed` puddle.
