Mountain Hardwear Trango 2 - Old Version - 4 Season Mountaineering Tent

Hi folks - a look at my Trango 2 - the older version of this classic 4 season mountaineering tent. Sadly, mine is now showing age related signs of wear - the tape on the flysheet has degraded and is peeling away and waxy. If anyone has any tips or advice for resolving this, it would be greatly appreciated!
