I can't believe they just expect you to stumble upon the New Londo Ruins NPC after getting the Lordvessel to receive the floodgate key, and then expect you to just stumble upon Artorias somewhere, wherever in the world he is, with literally no way to intuit his location. The Crystal Cave incident, you could argue was telegraphed by the white wall design language, but the jank of the terrain in the outside area of Duke's Archives did little to help with complementing that. The invisible platforming and Seath fight/runback were also nonsense, but alas.
