| SHE MEANS BUSINESS | Kenya’s flavoured tea pioneer – Flora Mutahi

When it comes to innovation, Flora Mutahi has always had a knack for taking a problem and turning it into a business solution. Starting what is today known as Melvin Marsh International 30 years ago, Flora was the pioneer of free-flowing salt in Kenya. Flora quickly pivoted and is the pioneer of flavoured tea in Kenya. This week on She Means Business, Claire Munde speaks to Flora on why many women struggle to scale their businesses and what they need to do to grow.
